A rare set of four 18th century candleholders sold by Delta 98 Den Haag

Delta 98 Den Haag

The Hague, The Netherlands,

a rare set, because four matching, gilt bronze candelabras,

made during the Louis Seize period, 1770-1800,

in their circa 230 year old, used, unrestored and not pimped-up state,

with rams heads, hoof feet, tripod architecture, garlands of flowers, 

standing on a base with friezes and rows of pearls.

Now in a private collection.
